We Supply and Install Oil Storage Tanks for Domestic and Commercial Heating, which comply with up-to-date OFTEC legislation. We can prepare the Site for the tank, installing tank base and after everything is complete, we register the Installation to Building Control.
A bunded heating oil tank simply consists of a tank within a tank – Heating oil is stored in the inner tank and the outer tank acts as a fail-safe so that in the event of a spillage, excess fuel will collect in the outer tank.
Our tanks are made from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), this tank is lightweight, durable, non-corrosive, simple to install and aesthetically pleasing. They include helpful ‘Moulded in handles’ to allow the tank to be transported quite easily. The bunded design helps avert pollution incidents should there be a leak and the hassle of costly environmental clean-up operations.
Bunded oil tanks have been proven to significantly reduce the risk of pollution.
